Shipping policy

All our orders are made to order, as such the general lead time for an order is 5-10 working days. We endeavour to do our very best to get orders despatched within 5 days, however this is not always possible.

 

Stationery & Artwork

If you have placed an order for stationery, proofs will be sent to the email address provided within 48 hours. These should be checked carefully, as any errors or mistakes once you have confirmed the artwork are nonrefundable.
