Delivery Information
- We use Royal Mail, InPost & DPD for all orders, depending on the size of the order.
- Plain orders are despatched within 3-5 working days (depending on stock availability).
- Orders with custom items, including logo or text, print or embroidery, you will receive an email containing artwork for your approval. We need an email reply to approve before we begin production. (This does not include The 1:1 Diet clothing - we do not send proofs for The 1:1 Diet clothing).
- Current despatch time is shown at the top of the home page, and will be updated daily. This may vary between 2 - 6 weeks, depending on how busy we are, and availability of clothing.
- We try our very best to despatch orders within the "current despatch time" at the time orders are placed, and will let you know of any significant delay.
- Print, merchandise and stationery orders may take less time than clothing, due to stock availability of certain items at the time of ordering. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order, if we believe the order to be delayed.
- Canvas & Photo prints are printed daily, and will be despatched within a few days. Please expect delivery 3-5 working days for order date.
