Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order with Customique Ltd, you - the customer, agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all products and services provided, including all printed and embroidered goods.

2. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full and artwork approval has been provided.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct prior to approval.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before any production begins.
  • A VAT invoice will be issued for all orders.
  • No goods will be produced, ordered, or dispatched until payment has cleared.

4. Artwork & Mockups

  • A digital mockup will be provided for customer approval before production.
  • Mockups are for visual representation only; slight variations in size, colour, and placement may occur during production.

5. Customer Approval

  • Customers are responsible for thoroughly checking all mockups, including:
    • Spelling
    • Grammar
    • Design layout
    • Colours
    • Sizes and positioning
  • Approval must be provided in writing (e.g. email or message confirmation).
  • Once approval has been given, the order is considered final.

6. Errors & Liability

  • Customique Ltd accepts no responsibility for any errors, including spelling, grammar, or design issues, once artwork has been approved by the customer.
  • No refunds, replacements, or reprints will be offered for errors identified after approval.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes cannot be made once artwork has been approved and/or production has begun.
  • Any changes requested prior to approval may be subject to additional charges.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Turnaround times are estimates and begin from the date of final approval and cleared payment.
  • While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of printed and embroidered products, all sales are final.
  • Returns or refunds will only be considered in the case of faulty or defective goods.

10. Colour & Material Variations

  • Colours may vary slightly between digital mockups and final printed/embroidered products.
  • Variations can occur due to screen differences, materials, and production methods.

11. Liability Limitation

  • Customique Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of supplied products.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By approving artwork and/or making payment, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
